Linda - Tried the rest, This is the BEST!!Tried Murad, Principle Secret, Youthology, and Beau Visage. They did not give me the results I was hoping for. tnb - good purchaseDef helps reduce appetite. =} But def drink a good amount of water when takin the pills because they will get stuck in ur throat if u dont. Love my purchase though.
