- Make it Funny - very inventive storylineI was very pleasantly surprised that I liked this new genre of fantasy books. It could get pretty complicated to understand 2 different races, their powers, their characteristics...but this author did an absolutely fantastic job incorporating the explanations into the story and slowly letting more of their personalities unfold.
I loved the writing, it's fast paced and smart. The main characters were also very loveable. Sascha, the heroine, is not helpless, but has her own powers. I love the changeling animals, the males are very sexy.
Having the love scenes come up as dreams shared was quite creative. The entire plot and storyline was very creative and well done. I am reading the other books of this series! Wonderful to find another author to read. - Norelle Hunt - Eye opening and practicalThis book made a huge difference for my husband who was suffering from a bad case of ulcerative colitis. Her approach is so sensible and based in science, it's a mind bender why doctors are not utilizing her knowledge. Within a few days of following the diet suggested, my husband had a great improvement in his symptoms. I'm recommending this book to all my friends who have "stomach problems" and those who have lactose intolerance.
- E. Walmrath - Wonderful!This whole series is just delightful. Very well written, well developed storyline, well developed characters. Just absolutely great! Huge books, but you'll blow through them fast. Don't be discouraged by the size or the fact that there's a time travel aspect to it (I put off reading the series for 7 years because of these 2 things). The first one is more of a romance, the second is more historical fiction, the third and fourth are more adventure, the fifth and sixth go back to being more historical fiction, and they all have just about every since genre woven throughout. So it doesn't matter what genre you prefer to read, this series will fit into it!
