I actually withheld feedback until after I'd used the stuff and my first mole came off. It actually works. You have to rough up the mole pretty good (almost to the point of bleeding) before you apply, and it takes two applications over two days, but the mole turns hard and scabby, and then falls off about a week later. The skin underneath is pink, but not much worse than the scar you get from skinning your knee. It'll probably fade to nothing in six months. I recommend it, and I'll buy more in the future. One lame thing is that the tube is tiny, and probably only contains enough product for five moles. But it's way cheaper and easier than having a dermatologist do it, so I can't complain too much.
I went off birth control in January to try and get pregnant but my periods were all over the place. They were anywhere from 24 to 32 days long. Within days of taking the pills in July my cycles became regular. I now ovulate on day 14 every month. I'm not pregnant yet but I feel confident that I will be soon.
I've had some digestive problems all my life. Had debilitating arthritis at 30, increasingly bad psoriasis starting at 40. Neurological symptoms at 55. I was tested for gluten and casein intolerance early this year and was positive. So I went gluten, dairy and soy free. A little better, but not quite where I wanted to be. Then I ran across this book. It has really changed my life in about a month. I decided to follow the diet and give it a go. Best decision I've made in years. There are a lot of resources out there to compliment the book also. This book can be read in a day, if you want. Half of it is recipes (pretty good ones). In just a month I feel really good and psoriasis is almost gone. Just from changing the foods you eat! Great book.
